We offer 2 room rates, 1 with breakfast and a ROOM ONLY, which does not include breakfast.
The property is not suitable for children or the mobility impaired.
We do not accept pets.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
The maximum number of guests per room is 2. If found that more than 2 people will be staying in the room, we will refuse the reservation.
Cots are not available.
All rooms are fully en-suite with coffee machines, flat screen tv, iron & ironing board and hairdryers.
During off-season, September-June, we only offer a ROOM ONLY, breakfast not included, on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Check in is from 3-9pm Monday-Sunday.
Check out is strictly 11am.
We cannot accommodate late check outs.
Checking in is in the restaurant adjacent to the guesthouse.
Deposit Policy: a 10% non refundable administration fee is charged at time of booking. All payment cards must be pre-authorised.
Cancellation policy: The guest can cancel for free (minus the administration fee) up to 72 hours before arrival. After that you will be charged the full amount. No shows will be charged the total price of the reservation.

We do not have private parking facilities. Parking is on the street around the guesthouse. Clonakilty also has 2 free carparks.
All cards must be pre authorised. Please make sure you enter a valid card, as your card will be charged during your stay.
