Our menus change with the seasons and may vary from time to time, as we work with the freshest ingredients available. Our daily specials change regularly, particularly our fish and seafood, as we adapt our menu to suit what arrives fresh from Irish waters. Rather than working to a fixed list of fish, our chefs select and prepare what is at its best on the day, allowing the menu to reflect the quality and freshness of the ingredients we receive.
